About me

I am Krystyna Bakhtina, PhD, founder of Lerecon. Throughout my career, I have built expertise in EU and international labour standards, workplace behaviours, and psychosocial risks, including bullying, and age discrimination. I combine academic research, teaching, consulting, and work in public policy to provide practical, evidence-based guidance to organisations and employees.

Having worked across multiple countries, I understand cultural differences and the challenges of international workplaces. This experience allows me to help multinational organisations implement effective policies, foster inclusive cultures, and navigate workplace conflict. I also support employees in complex or challenging situations, offering guidance, advocacy, and strategies to protect their well-being and rebuild confidence.

Fluent in several languages and grounded in empathy, I approach each case with care, insight, and a commitment to practical solutions. My goal is to empower both organisations and individuals to create healthier, safer, and more respectful work environments — internationally and across cultures.
