About me
I am Krystyna Bakhtina, PhD, founder of Lerecon. I have worked internationally with corporate clients, employers’ organisations, trade unions, consultancies, and academic institutions. My work combines strategic legal advisory, compliance and regulatory expertise, policy insight, and research-informed analysis. I have contributed to projects across the Benelux region, France, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.
