About me
I am Krystyna Bakhtina, PhD, founder of Lerecon.
I have worked internationally with corporate clients, employers’ organisations, trade unions, consultancies and academic institutions, contributing to projects across the Benelux region, France, Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
My experience across different legal systems and organisational environments enables me to see issues from multiple perspectives and develop solutions that are both legally robust and practical to implement.
I believe sound advice requires more than legal knowledge. It requires understanding how organisations function, how people make decisions and how legal, organisational and human factors interact in practice.
